The Avison Young Property Accounts team collect rent, service charge and insurance payments for landlords across the UK. We have extensive experience of rent collection and finance management for all types of property from multi let industrial estates to shopping centres and retail parks to office buildings and leisure facilities.

From large multi-national PLC’s to small Limited companies and private individuals our bespoke and indepth reporting systms keep the property owner up to date with the status of all transactions and ensures that every payment is monitored and pursued in good time. The Avison Young Project and Building Consultancy team has a proven track record in providing inspections of commercial property to provide clients with an assessment for building insurance purposes.

We perform desktop and on-site inspections, considering all relevant factors that affect reconstruction, such as the type, quality and method of construction in addition to statutory controls and any unique issues. This assessment will eliminate the risks associated with under insurance ensuring that the property is adequately covered and avoid payment of excessive premiums for over insurance.
