Acting on behalf of Bericote, WHR have been appointed to market a major development site in Haydock. The site is situated fronting the East Lancashire road, only one mile from Junction 23 of the M6 motorway. The scheme has recently received outline planning consent for circa 1.4 Million Sq Ft of space in two buildings of circa 950,000 sq ft and 450,000 sq ft.
