WHR Property Consultants has secured a single occupier for Lock 90, a 5,698 sq ft building on Trumpet Street in Manchester – on behalf of the landlord, Dermot McKenna of DMK Properties.   JPS Financial Limited is set to relocate from its current premises at Universal Square having agreed a five year lease at a rent of £13.50 per sq ft.

Lock 90 is a five storey self contained office building and is strategically situated close to one of the key gateways to the city centre, near Deansgate Locks and First Street.
