First Tenant Set to Move in Following FTS Corp’s Acquisition of the Building Last Year
Manchester, 19th July 2017: WHR Property Consultants has secured the first new occupier at 274 Deansgate since it was acquired by FTS Corp last year in an ‘off market’ deal. Aspire Achieve Advance, which has relocated from its previous premises at Barclay House on Whitworth Street, has taken 4,260 sq ft within the 24,568 sq ft building having agreed a 5-year lease at £16.50 per sq ft.
274 Deansgate is prominently located close to Beetham Tower is also home to a number of other occupiers including The Bike Rooms, Parker Software and Clinical Psychology Associates.
Harry Skinner of WHR comments: “FTS Corp has instigated a pro active plan to enhance the facilities of the building and is set to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception, common area and upper office floors. We are delighted to secure the first tenant so early in the process and will be bringing the remaining floors to market over the coming weeks.”
