WHR Property Consultancy has promoted Oliver Rowe to associate director. Oliver, who works with Mark Williams and Dan Crossley in the investment department, has been with WHR for four years.
The Manchester based property consultancy has just celebrated its tenth anniversary and currently employs 28 people. WHR recently announced that Dan Crossley has become the fourth equity partner at the firm.
Mark Williams of WHR comments: “Oliver’s promotion is in recognition of his achievements and consistent hard work. He has a strong understanding of the investment market and is a valuable member of our team working closely with Dan and myself. As a team we have been involved in some of the most significant investment deals that Manchester has seen this year including the recent sale of Ship Canal House for £26 million and St James’s House for £21 million and are set to complete on several other deals before the end of the year.”
Oliver Rowe adds: “The WHR investment team is one of the most successful one in the North West and is involved in the majority of the region’s most significant deals. This year has seen a real change in the market and there are sure to be more exciting times ahead.”
