Award winning accountancy practice, Pomegranate Consulting has agreed a five year lease and is set to occupy a 946 sq ft suite on the second floor. Quoting rental levels at the building are at £21 per sq ft.
The Lexicon, which is owned by a private client of WHR’s, is a nine storey building situated on the corner of Peter Street and Mount Street. Tenants include Crowe Clark Whitehill, Mazars, and WHR Property Consultants.
Harry Skinner of WHR comments: “Following these two latest deals, The Lexicon is now fully let. The building has proven to be popular not only because of the exceptional, modern office accommodation but also because of its ability to accommodate office requirements ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. Its location close to the ever evolving St Peter’s Square and tram stop makes it an ideal choice for professional companies.”
LSH is the joint letting agent.
