Royal London and Property Alliance Group sign new tenant at Cheadle Office Park.
Royal London Asset Management and joint venture partner, Property Alliance Group, has secured new tenant, WNS Assistance at its Hercules Office Park in Cheadle.
WNS Assistance, the leading provider of motor claims handling services in the UK, has acquired Unit F, comprising, 10,808 sq ft.
Located within the established Bird Hall Lane business area, Hercules is close to Junction 2 of the M60 motorway and provides convenient access to the region and Manchester airport.
Self-contained accommodation ranges from 4,000 sq ft up to 10, 000 sq ft. Individual suites provide from 250 sq ft up to 2,500 sq ft.
